How do I know if a house energy is negative or it is haunted when I want to buy or rent properties?
When I was looking to buy resale flats from the open market, a few properties are haunted, some are negative energy house. Below are a few tips;
- Bring a young child along when viewing the property. If the child start to cry or feel uncomfortable the moment he enter the house, it shows that the energy in the house is negative or maybe haunted with ghost. However, if he starts to smile & feel happy, it means the house energy is positive & is a auspicious house.
- When you enter a house and you started to feel cold out of a sudden, or you feel ,eerie, hair stands, uncomfortable, these are tell tales signs that the energy of the house is negative or maybe haunted.
- If the house is facing hospitals or mortuary, the feng shui is bad for the house & the energy of the house will be negative. Such house are not encourage to buy.
