Crystal: How do I cleanse my crystals?

How do I cleanse my crystal?  A piece of crystal may have been touched by many people & the crystal will carry the energy of the person. Therefore, we need to cleanse the crystals. There are many method of cleansing.

Running water
- Cup the crystal in your hand and open the water tap for few minutes. Let the running water run 
  through the crystals. Allow it to dry after that.

Sea salt water
- add in sea salt to a bowl of water and wash your crystal with the sea salt water. Allow it to dry.

Singing Bowl
- When you purchase the crystal from some shop, they will put the crystal into a singing bowl and use
  a wooden stick to go round the singing bowl creating a sound. This method use the sound vibration 
  to cleanse the crystal.

Smudging
- Use sage leaves or cedar leaves and put inside a container and burn. Hold your crystals over the
  smoke to cleanse it. This method is commonly used by the native American.

- Sandalwood incense powder can also be used to cleanse crystals.

Geode
- If you have a geode, place the crystal inside the geode for at least 24 hr. The geode will cleanse the 
   negative energy of the crystal by itself.

Space Clearing : How do I clear the negative energy in my house.

Before we move into any property, we need to clear away the energy left behind by the previous owner. If a property is left vacant for some time, the energy will be stagnant or negative. In a house, when there are frequent argument between family members, negative energy will also built up.

One way of clearing the energy is using sea salt water with white vinegar. Sea salt can be bought from aquarium  shop or supermarket. Sea salt has a good cleansing ability. Get a pail of water and add in sea salt followed by vinegar. Start to mop the whole house including every corner.

In this way, the negative energy will be cleared away.
